Store Policy 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems  (such as transit delays or missing or stolen packages ) that are outside of your control. 

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-5 days for processing before your order is shipped. ( Excluding weekends and Holidays) 

Due to the nature of the items, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.


Please expect additional delays due to COVID-19, and holidays.  Postal services are experiencing higher volume in orders.
